Beautiful apartment with side sea views, located on the third floor of a prestigious new building; with contemporary lines, built between Piazza Manzoni and Piazza Milano. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the family-friendly Bau Bau Beach and Nemo Beach. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, a double bedroom, a double bedroom, two bathrooms and a fitted habitable terrace. 

It is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

At guests' disposal: swimming pools, solarium area, spa and small gym. 

Underground parking space (height 2.15 m) and beach space included with the local consortium. 

It is not rentable to groups of boys. 

Total beds: 4 + 2.

The presence of animals is only permitted upon request.

from 16:00h to 18:30h

Check-out time:
from 9:00h to 10:00h

Terms and conditions 
Prices do not include:
-tourist tax: to pay on arrival, equal to € 1.00 per person per night (max. 10 days, not applicable to children under 10)
-linen (bed linen, towels, tablecloths…)
Services available on request:
-cot rental: € 20 per week
-extra bed: € 20 per week
-bed linen € 20 per person

-if not included with the apartment, you can book a place on the beach in person at one of the various Beach Consortiums. Upon request, the Agency can provide the contact details of the head lifeguard.
Warning:
The tenant must take the utmost care of the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged items must be paid for at market prices.
To guarantee that these rules are correctly followed and that the apartment is left clean and tidy by the time stated, the customer must pay Marina Immobiliare S.A.S. a damage deposit of € 100.00 when they pick up their keys. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, after the apartment has been inspected.
